Tiho Georgiev

Tiho was born and raised in South-East Europe (Macedonia). After college, he got a job working for a cruise line, which was a good opportunity to earn money while traveling and exploring the world.

Before becoming a home inspector, he studied electrical and civil engineering, worked as a photographer, landscape designer and quality engineer for a large manufacturing company.

Tiho and his wife lived in Colorado with their 2 boys, but after 9 years of living in Colorado they were ready once again to get close to the ocean and moved to Wake Forest. They love North Carolina, especially the cities of Raleigh and Durham, and love the community feel they offer. Tiho enjoys family time, mountain biking, scuba diving, and being outdoors.

Sergio Sposito

Sergio is originally from Argentina and moved to the States (New York) in 1995. In NY, he started a management career in healthcare and became a fan of the Yankees and Giants by default. He also studied management in Nyack, where he earned an Associates in Business Management.

In 2012, Sergio and his family ventured to Brazil (where his wife is from) and lived there for almost 3 years before coming back to the US and arriving in NC in 2015. In NC, he pursued a home inspection license after working as a carpenter and handyman for over 2 years.

Sergio enjoys family time, travel, camping and good company, as well as a good BBQ (since it is in his genes!).

We strive to provide you with the best service in the industry. As a member of multiple home inspector associations, we have at our fingertips all the knowledge available at any time.

Rhinos have existed on earth for over 40 million years across different continents and climates. Sadly, in the past few decades their population has dropped massively due in large part to poaching. In 1970 over 70,000 rhinos survived in the wild, and today there are fewer than 15,000. Contrary to stereotypes and popular perception, the black rhino is actually a caring, intelligent and highly social animal with complex family and social relationships. They have a fantastic sense of smell, great hearing, and running speeds of up to 30 miles per hour! With such a magnificent creature sadly being on the endangered species list, we must all take action to preserve the remaining animals and their habitat.

Steel Rhino Property Inspections is a socially responsible steward of the planet. We care about the world’s endangered species and support various organizations that support and protect them.  We support the following organizations and encourage you to get involved:
